“How
did I get to Mountain view?” &”Why am I in college?”
Currently
the way that I get to Mountain View College is by car, my fiancé every morning
drops me off. When I am out, he also comes to pick me up and take me directly
to work. I am at Mountain View College because family and friends have told me
that this is a good college. I attended here last semester, and enjoyed myself
so I am back once again looking for another great semester. I am in college to
receive certificates for my job to make a better salary, or get a better
position. I was also beginning to feel complacent, and like I wasn’t doing much
with my life so I felt college would help give me a since of direction and
fulfillment. Another reason that I am in college is because I believe that it
will benefit my future, I am trying to go for my A.A.S a technical degree plan
and I am praying that I am going about it the right way. I am hoping to get my
associates from MVC, and transferring over to a 4 year college. I work with
children for child development, but I would enjoy even more to be a counselor,
social worker, or psychologist. I am also here because I so badly want to make
something out of myself, I don’t want to sit around and let my life pass me by
and these great opportunities that I have right now. I want to educate myself
more so that I can be more prepared for the world and working environment.
